Lady Alicia Johnson
Lady Alicia Johnson is a devoted servant of Christ, passionate about ministering to youth, women, and the brokenhearted. Born in Dallas, TX, she gave her life to the Lord at age 12 and rededicated it during college, where she experienced a life-changing encounter with God. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Theo Johnson, and together they are raising four beautiful children. With degrees in Nursing Leadership and Pastoral Leadership, Alicia blends compassion and spiritual wisdom to impact lives both medically and spiritually. A proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., she embraces her calling as a “First Servant,” using every opportunity to encourage salvation and spiritual growth. Her life is anchored in Colossians 1:15-20, and she is unapologetic about her mission to serve as a vessel for Christ.

Lady Pamela Malone
Pamela “Lady P.” Malone is a passionate Elder at The Bethel Church, where she faithfully serves alongside her husband, Apostle Carlos L. Malone Sr., advancing the vision of the church and the Kingdom of God. She is the visionary leader behind W.I.S.E. (Women in the Savior’s Eyes), founder of D.O.O.R. (Diamonds Out of the Rough), and G.E.M.S. (Girls Equipped and Motivated to Succeed)—ministries committed to empowering women and girls through the Word of God. Known for her authentic voice and powerful teaching, Lady P. brings a unique blend of authority, experience, and compassion to every message. Her life’s mission is to help women overcome struggles and walk boldly in their God-given purpose. Together with her husband, she is the proud mother of three children and a beloved godson.
Lady Jamilla Jackson
Dr. Jamila Rauf Jackson is a passionate educator, theologian, and servant-leader shaped by her Bahamian missionary heritage. She holds degrees in English Education, Pastoral Ministry, and Educational Leadership, and earned her Ph.D. in Practical Theology from St. Thomas University. With over a decade in education, she has taught in Miami-Dade public schools and at several universities. Dr. Jackson currently serves as Director of Theological Education Partnerships at Palm Beach Atlantic University and Dean of Campus Ministry at Florida Memorial University. She is married to Reverend Alphonso Jackson Jr., senior pastor of New Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, and together they are raising three children to love and serve the Lord.
Lady Betty Brooks
Lady Betty Brooks is a devoted servant of Jesus Christ and a faithful member of St. Peter’s Missionary Baptist Church, where she serves alongside her husband, Rev. Robert J. Brooks Jr., her partner in life and ministry for 34 years. Together, they have been blessed with six children and eleven grandchildren. Lady Brooks leads the Women’s Ministry, W.O.W.W.W.—Women of Wisdom, Worship, and Worth—as well as the Intercessory Prayer Ministry, empowering women to walk in strength, courage, and God-given worth. A U.S. Army veteran who served in the Persian Gulf War, she now continues to serve as Director of Nursing at Recovery Solutions, a forensic psychiatric hospital in Florida City. A graduate of Jacksonville University with a Master’s in Nursing Education, Lady Brooks believes that it’s not what people call you, but what you answer to that defines you. Her life is anchored in 1 Peter 5:10, and she boldly declares that she is still a soldier—now in the army of the Lord.
Lady Archalena Coats
Lady Archalena B. Coats is a devoted educator, ministry leader, and passionate advocate for women and teen girls in Christ. With over 32 years in education, she has served as a principal, instructional coach, teacher, and more, and currently continues her studies at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. She is the founder and CEO of Inner Beauty 1st, Inc., a women’s ministry focused on spiritual growth and identity in Christ. Archalena serves as a Florida Baptist Convention Women’s Ministry Student Team Lead and is a trustee on the SBC Executive Committee. Married to Rev. Patrick D. Coats for 31 years, she is a proud wife, mother of three, and “Daughter in Love.” Now residing in St. Johns, Florida, she finds joy in family, faith, travel, and empowering others to live out their God-given purpose.
Lady Lakeisha Palmer
LaKeisha Wells-Palmer is the Statewide Executive Director of Teach For America Florida, bringing over 25 years of experience in education to her role. A proud Shaw University alumna, she began her career as a high school math teacher before becoming a transformational school leader in Washington, D.C., where her work was featured in the documentary Waiting for Superman. LaKeisha has spent the last 13 years at Teach For America, championing students, teachers, and school leaders across Jacksonville, Central Florida, and Miami-Dade. She holds advanced degrees from East Carolina University and Harvard University, and has been appointed to multiple Florida Department of Education committees. Residing in Miami-Dade with her husband and three sons, LaKeisha is driven by her faith, family, and unwavering commitment to equity in education.
Minister Rechelle Connor
Rechelle Connor is a minister, entrepreneur, and mentor. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Human Services with a concentration in MFT. She is the founder of Brick by Brick Experience, a women's empowerment movement that focuses on working with women who struggle with their beauty and identity in Christ and those who desire to change the course of their destiny. She is also passionate about women sharing their unique life experiences to help give inspiration and encouragement to other women. She also gives strength, hope, and encouragement to aspiring single parents who want to make a difference in their lives in spite of their circumstances. She is a wonderful friend to those who know her well and an amazing mother to her beautiful daughter, Lashay.
Minister Monica Tookes
Monica Tookes is a humble, anointed, and purpose-driven woman of God who lives to glorify Him while empowering others to do the same. A proud member of Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church, Monica is known as a faith-filled firecracker for Christ, bringing passion, authenticity, and boldness to everything she does. She is the founder of Tookes Time, LLC, a platform that reflects her three core values—God, family, and education. Monica also serves as the servant leader of The Outlet, the young adults ministry at Sweet Home, where she mentors and equips the next generation of believers to walk boldly in their faith. In addition, she is the visionary behind Women in Action (WIACTION), a dynamic women’s ministry dedicated to uniting women to uplift underserved communities through mentorship, educational resources, economic empowerment, and faith-based advocacy. As a principal, author, speaker, and entrepreneur, Monica invests deeply in the lives of women and youth, helping them identify and ACTIVATE their God-given purpose.
