Aliethia Evans is regarded as a vocal minister, directress, arranger, song writer, actress, entrepreneur, insightful advisor and natural leader, Min. Aliethia Evans has dedicated her life to presenting the love of Jesus Christ, to those whom she encounters, through any vehicle that God gifts her to use. She is a multifaceted woman and has faithfully exercised her talents in various professional and ministerial genres. She has served as a radio host, musical director, vocal instructor/coach, vocal clinician, worship leader, professional background singer, actress, plus size model, teacher, mentor, career development trainer, speaker and is currently the Founder and CEO of her vocal, arts, production service and consulting company, A.W.N Truth Enterprises. In this capacity, she and her team provide excellence in various vocal and creative arts services such as background singers for events and studio recording, voice overs for commercials and infomercials, artists procurement, vocal coaching, vocal workshops/clinics, musical productions and creative arts consulting. She recently served as a worship leader at Origin Ministries and the Creative Arts & Worship Director at The Fountain Church. Her music ministry spans over 7 countries; across the United States, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, Japan and many islands of the Caribbean. Her favorite pastime is studio work and background singing. She has been blessed to record on innumerous singles, albums, and commercials. She has sung with and worked for national recording artists such as Delfeayo Marsalis, Benita Jones, William Murphy, Maranda Curtis, Myron Butler, Byron Cage, Martha Munizzi, Lisa Page-Brooks, Papa San, Steven Heard, Yolanda Adams, Jonathan Nelson, Dileesa Archer, Ashaala Shanae and Pastor A.J. Wright; just to name a few. She has sung in groups who opened for Kirk Franklin, Marvin Sapp, Karen Clark-Sheard, CeCe Winans, and Fred Hammond. She has also performed on Telemundo as background vocalist for Latina recording artist Marger and several TBN broadcasts with Terrence Clayton, Steven Heard and the ministering group; One Message. Aliethia has a strong love for directing, performance and music business. She has been directing church gospel and performance choirs since the early age of 13. From this tender age, she was groomed and mentored by the adults and musicians she led. She attended Oakwood University where she procured two bachelor degrees in Vocal Performance and Music Business. During her matriculation, she co-founded and directed/co-directed a 200-250 member choirs for 7 years. (The choir is still going strong today.), played major roles in several operas, theatrical plays and musicals. She served in official capacities as the student body’s music coordinator and the business manager of the Oakwood University Symphony Orchestra. Aliethia has also worked with performance groups such as; Voices of Triumph, One Message and Lyrics and Melodies (acting crew) where she served as director, a vocalist/business representative/community outreach member and vocalist/actress respectively. Lately, she is frequently working in the recording studio as co-producer, arranger and vocal coach. In her capacity as a Creative Arts & Worship Director, she along with her team created, videoed, edited and produced full worship services and extra content to air each week. She also directed large productions and events. She has found that she truly enjoys being on the production side of performance and ministry just as much as being on stage as one of the performers. This experience allowed her to expand her business model to include church consultation for their creative arts and worship departments. Her passion for music has always been matched by her love to serve others. As a mentor, advisor, trainer and educator. She has worked with at-risk youth and young adults in areas of career building, professional deportment and interviewing skills, academic planning, social and relational skills and family issues. Currently, she is a 12th grade teacher of Economics with Financial Literacy at a local high school and also teaches online supplemental subjects and tutoring to minority youth for the Boston Public Schools’ afternoon learning program. Even though Min. Evans has been blessed to wear many professional “hats”, her greatest passion is in helping others. She is always seeking ways to better her community and serve her fellow man. Her drive to serve others is renewed with each passing year by the Holy Spirit. A spirit of compassion and a drive to minister was awakened in her from the very beginning of her musical career at 13 years old. She believes that was the beginning of her journey to fulfill her ministerial purpose and she will never stop expressing her passion for God and love for others through music or by any medium He provides her.
